Since 2019, I have had the privilege of actively shaping the development of this long-established company. It brings me great joy to witness how our team has successfully navigated even extraordinary challenges—such as the COVID-19 pandemic—and emerged stronger from them.
Our story began in 1950 when Ruhr-Petrol was founded as a family business in Essen, right in the heart of the Ruhr region, one of Germany’s most important chemical clusters. In 2011, we reached a significant milestone by joining the Jebsen & Jessen Hamburg Group. This step enabled us to expand our capabilities, harness synergies, and offer even better solutions to you—our customers and partners.
